Before we get ahead of ourselves, we want to welcome you to NL Kubota Limited.

We are happy to carry on the proud legacy of Kubota dealerships in Newfoundland and Labrador. The first Kubota dealership was opened by Walter Greeley with Greeley's Sales and Service in Lewisporte in the mid 1970's, followed by Don Sharpe with Newfoundland Farm Equipment in Corner Brook, and subsequently by Bruce Greening with Eastern Farm Equipment in Musgravetown. Nfld. Kubota Ltd. was established by Rick Power on Oct 10, 1990 which was subsquently purchased by Roger Pike of The Pike Group of Companies (Provincial Investments, Provincial Express, Harvey & Company, Notre Dame Seafoods, Labrador Airways, Tamalik Air) in 1999. Darcy Tucker joined Nfld. Kubota Ltd. on April 10, 2000 as Assistant Manager, then Branch Manager two months later, and General Manager in 2003.

Nfld. Kubota Ltd. amalgamated with Harvey & Company Ltd. in 2013. In 2015 NL Kubota Limited (NL Kubota or NLK) was established with succession planning towards a new path with Darcy Tucker as Dealer Principal and with a ownership transition in established. Since officially commencing operations on May 1, 2017, NLK has enjoyed sustained growth and advancement of the Kubota brand and customer base. NL Kubota is a proud market leader in the supply of tractors (0 to 170 HP), agricultural implements, excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, and all attachments to the agricultural, construction, trucking, and materials handling industries throughout Newfoundland and Labrador with its core focus on its markets in central and eastern Newfoundland.

On May 1, 2022 a new era began as Darcy Tucker had completed the purchase of NL Kubota Limited to become the sole owner and dealer principal of NLK. That same day NLK opened its all new state-of-the-art Kubota One dealership at 15 Nils Way in St. John's. On June 26, 2023 NLK again charted new waters and opened a secondary location at 70 Roe Avenue in Gander to serve Gander region. This was made possible by the unwavering support of Kubota Canada Ltd.

This has resulted in numerous awards from the brands it resells.
